
Position Summary
Technical Targeters are responsible for guiding and monitoring the execution of highly complex and dynamic technical intelligence collection operations and integrating that collection into a cohesive intelligence narrative. Technical Targeters will research, analyze, and brief network analysis techniques and specialized tools used to identity key threats to the U.S. Technical Targeters must be able to identify gaps in information and take pro-active steps to address those gaps. Technical Targeters develop and provide target threat assessments, technical support documents, summaries, reports, presentations and other designated products in support of the customer’s requirements and at their direction.

Education/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and at least 3+ years of relevant professional experience
Required Skills:
Strong critical thinking, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to focus on technical details of a target set while maintaining "big picture" perspective.
Developed expertise on a particular geographic region or transnational target.
Demonstrated strong technical skills, including advanced knowledge of state of the art tools, technologies, and methodologies.
Must possess excellent oral, writing, and coordination skills to communicate factual information clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, often under pressure and tight deadlines that meet or exceed established analytical standards.
Demonstrated skills with communication, networking, and problem solving.
Familiarity with cable writing styles and classified client databases, including specific targeting tools.
Senior and Expert positions respond to changes in analytical priorities and review work outputs of Junior and Mid-Level personnel. May oversee lower-level analysts.
